我平时是买Costco已经切成条的猪肉来整叉烧的,太多可以分两次。先用盐将肉醃一个钟,然后再用其他混合料醃大约2个钟。秘诀是焗时要将肉挂起来焗,350度大约1小时20分钟,因不同牌子的焗炉温度有所不同,所以Keep the eye on it. 另外焗炉要事先用Foil wrap 遮盖好,否则有得你洗

2 cup cooked turkey meat, cut into pieces
1 cup steamed broccli
1 cup steamed cauliflower
4 eggs
1/4 cup plain, low-fat yogurt

Mix turkey & vegetables together in a pie pan. Pour egg & yogurt mixyure on top & stir, making sure the meat & vegetables are coated with egg. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
