虽然在美国和加拿大两国内的SkypeOut通话已经免费，但呼叫到中国的SkypeOut通话还是需要付费。但费率每分钟只是$0.02,比买电话卡便宜,又不用输入一长串的数字.方便极了.

建议使用SkypeOut的朋友,安装 Skype简体中文2.5视频测试版 ,这个新的测试版本，其中加入了很多新的特性和功能，包括简化呼叫，通过客户端支付，Outlook联系人集成，通话质量管理，简化注册， 共享联系人组，以及优化的会议通话等。
